Suzanne Park -- YA Virtual Author Visit

Suzanne Park is a Korean-American writer who was born and raised in Tennessee. In her former life as a stand up comedian, Suzanne was a finalist in the Oxygen Network's "Girls Behaving Badly" talent search, and appeared on BET's "Coming to the Stage." Her YA romantic comedy debut, THE PERFECT ESCAPE was released in 2020. Her second YA book, SUNNY SONG WILL NEVER BE FAMOUS, is set for release on June 1, 2021. She currently resides in California with her husband, female offspring, and a sneaky rat that creeps around on her back patio. In her spare time, she procrastinates. Click HERE to sign up

Johnny Goodtimes Quizzo Virtual Fundraiser

Join friends of the Mendham Borough Library online to play Virtual Quizzo. Put together your own team of family and friends (even those far away) or join your neighbors on a random team. We’re excited to share the PBS film The Long Shadow, which follows former CNN Senior Producer, TED contributor, and Emmy-Award winning Director Frances Causey as she traces her family’s legacy of white privilege, placing it in the context of the history of anti-black racism in the United States that began with slavery and continues to impact our society today. The film has broadcasted nationally on PBS, and now the filmmakers are partnering with 28 MAIN libraries for this special screening event and live Zoom Q&A!
