Girls Who Code is a non-profit organization that strives to close the gender gap in computer science. With the help of this amazing organization, we are able to introduce coding to the girls in our community and help them build confidence and practice in these skills, while building their personal confidence, sense of community and other important life skills. Suzanne Park -- YA Virtual Author Visit

Suzanne Park is a Korean-American writer who was born and raised in Tennessee. In her former life as a stand up comedian, Suzanne was a finalist in the Oxygen Network's "Girls Behaving Badly" talent search, and appeared on BET's "Coming to the Stage." Her YA romantic comedy debut, THE PERFECT ESCAPE was released in 2020. Her second YA book, SUNNY SONG WILL NEVER BE FAMOUS, is set for release on June 1, 2021. She currently resides in California with her husband, female offspring, and a sneaky rat that creeps around on her back patio. In her spare time, she procrastinates. Click HERE to sign up

TV Book Club

We are very excited to be working with Mendham TV  to produce an TV book Club for our younger patrons.  Miss Tina our Children's Librarian shares a picture book each week with the audience and with the help of Mr. Alex demonstrates an easy craft using items commonly found around the home.  So grab you iPad (or other tablet) cuddle up with your child and click HERE and enjoy our new TV book club.
