Computer Classes for Adults
Classes are on Wednesdays at 1PM. Class size is limited, and you must register for classes. Only Mendham Borough Library Cardholders.
March 12--iPad for beginner. Especially for iPad users: bring your iPad and learn how to make the most of it! At this user-friendly class learn about iPad features, plus how to use Library resources with your iPad. Internet skills required.
March 19-- Free Aps for the iPad. You will need to know your Apple ID password for this class.

Using Google Drive

Learn the how and why to use Google Drive. Google Drive, formerly known as Google Docs, offers free documents, spreadsheets, presentation, drawing and more. Google Drive lets you store and access your files anywhere, on the web, on your hard drive, or on the go. Begin your project at work, school, library or meeting on any device and continue at home on a different device. Only documents and spreadsheets can be created on iPad and iPhone but the others can be viewed on those devices. Google Drive offers real time collaboration with multiple people at the same time. Please bring your device, laptop, iPad or tablet to the class. You will also need a Gmail account. Registration is required.

To start using Pronunciator, go to Pronunciator and REGISTER (email/library card number). Now look in your email, where you will receive an email with a temporary student ID and password. You may change it under your Account once you log in.
Zinio For Libraries
Love reading the current issue of magazines? We are pleased to announce the availability of Zinio for Libraries, the world’s largest newsstand to Mendham Borough Library card holders.
Through our website, you will have unlimited multi-user access to complete 50 digital magazines titles, easily viewed on most Internet-enabled devices.

For patrons who would like hands on assitance on how to add this new service to their devices the library will be holding a Zinio class on February 26 at 1PM. Call or stop in to register for the class.
One hour classses begin prompltly at 8:30AM
Tuesday sessions run from March 4-April 29 (9 classes)
Thursday sessions run from March 6-April 24 (8 classes)
The cost is $45 for the Tuesday session, $40 for the Thursday session or $85 for both sessions.
Drop-ins, $8 per class will be welcomed if there is room.
2014 Release Form must be on file.

Books for Babies---

The Mendham Borough Library is now offering Books For Babies. It is important for children to develop literacy at a young age and to help support this, the library is offering this new program for babies. Bring your baby to the library, listen to a story, learn fun new rhymes and finger plays. Open to babies from 6 months to 24 months with their caregivers. Siblings are welcome.
Knitting Club For Adults

Always wanted to knit? Bring your own projects, tips and ideas to share. Our knitting club is open to all knitters...even absolute beginners.
Knitting Club for Middle and High School Students
Always wanted to learn to knit? Come to the library on Friday March 14 at 3:30PM and learn how to knit or imporve your skills. We will provide the yarn but please bring a pair of knitting needles, size 8 or 9 will work the best. For more infomation or to sign up please contact Miss Amanda our Children's librarian.
Friends of the Mendham Borough Library 2014 Membership Drive
Its time to renew or join the Friends of the Mendham Borough Library for 2014. Our Friends group raises money to support many of the library activities. Borough Best Sellers Program
You've just heard that Nora Roberts or James Patterson has a new book out but don't have time to get the library to place it on hold. Now you won't have to worry - join the Borough Best Sellers and we'll do it for you automatically. All you need to do is fill a form letting us know your favorite authors. We will place holds for up to 10 of your favorite authors. Click HERE to sign up online (via Survey Monkey) or click HERE to print out a paper copy and return to the library.
Notary Service Is Now Offered at the LibraryThe library now has a staff member who is a Public Notary. The service is free but PLEASE CALL AHEAD 973-543-4152 for availability. For more information on this service please click here.
